System 7

If you’re new to the practice of Pilates or still trying to learn its basic principles, Rael’s System 7 is an ideal place to begin. In addition to teaching Pilates fundamentals, it features a 28-minute workout designed to benefit people of all fitness levels – and to provide almost immediate results.

Although your muscles won’t change overnight, you’ll begin to move and carry yourself differently within a couple of weeks of faithful practice. And before you know it, people will begin to ask you how you’re taking care of yourself or to make comments such as “What’s different?” Chances are you’ll be tempted to say, “Everything,” because Pilates tends to have a positive effect on many aspects of life.
